Our Six-Stage Roadmap, Explained

MINBAR Labs is built around a six-stage roadmap, designed to take a scholar from their first English sentence to leading their own institution or venture with digital confidence. Here is what each stage actually covers.

Stage 1 is Spoken English, where we build a strong foundation in pronunciation, vocabulary and everyday conversation. This is the base everything else stands on.

Stage 2 is Digital Literacy — email, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and the everyday productivity tools that make working online possible and comfortable.

Stage 3 is AI for Islamic Scholars, where we teach ChatGPT and AI fundamentals so scholars can research, prepare lessons and write with more confidence and less time spent.

Stage 4 is Digital Dawah — applying the English and AI skills from the earlier stages to communicate authentic Islamic knowledge to a global audience, not just a local one.

Stage 5 is Freelancing and Career Skills, exploring remote work opportunities and the professional English needed to pursue them.

Stage 6 is Entrepreneurship and Leadership — for scholars ready to lead institutions, ventures and communities with the digital confidence they've built along the way.

Each stage builds on the one before it, and each is taught through real projects, not lectures. A scholar doesn't have to complete all six to benefit — but the full journey is what the roadmap is designed for.
